- You can work on a sliding schedule: you work for a day, you rest for three;
- You are able to communicate clearly orally and in writing in Lithuanian (knowledge of English and Russian is an advantage);
- You have good computer skills;
- You are able to quickly absorb new information and make responsible decisions;
- You have good organizational skills, know how to plan your time and take a responsible approach to the tasks assigned to you;
- You have work experience in the field of customer service (a big advantage);
- You smoothly resolve conflict situations;
- You can read and analyze maps (strong advantage).
We will trust you:
- Acceptance, registration, transfer of requests for city management units to executors and third parties;
- Providing information by phone, e-mail. by post etc. communication channels;
- Control of work performed by emergency services, ensuring feedback to the client.

- Salary from 1070 to 1610 euros (before taxes). We will negotiate a specific reward, and the result will depend on your readiness to perform the functions entrusted to you and your existing competences;
