You will apply your accumulated experience:
- participating in conferences, seminars, other events related to innovations, their implementation and application;
- analyzing the products of Lithuanian and foreign companies engaged in analogous or similar activities, used production solutions, operational processes, their acquired good experience;
- analyzing the Company's products, operational processes, evaluating their modernity and efficiency and the possibilities of changing them with the help of innovations;
- initiating innovation implementation, innovation-based new product or service development, operational process improvement projects, performing their supervision;
- initiating, participating in and executing research and experimental development projects;
- participating in the preparation of the company's development strategy.
In this position, it is important for us:
- Higher Education;
- experience working with international projects, knowledge of EU regulations and directives in the field of innovation;
- at least 2 years of work experience in the field of innovation/service/product development, market research,
- knowledge of English at B1 level;
- strategic thinking, responsibility, initiative, results orientation, professionalism, cooperation, impeccable personal and business reputation.
