Job description

Your Responsibilities:

To lead and implement of the company's sales strategy by organizing Teams‘ work, ensuring team members motivation and productive work environment.
To plan for long-term strategic growth of Team‘s clients portfolio by evaluating market trends, customer contract terms, customer profitability and needs, and development potential.
To assess risks related to dedicated area and processes, provide insights and suggestions to direct manager and colleagues, submit proposals, initiate changes and projects if necessary.
To ensure that all the team members work together to reach mutual goals.
To liaise with other units and colleagues to ensure a sufficient collaboration and smooth processes.

Our Expectations:

At least 3 years experience in Sales or Business Development.
Possess excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Lithuanian, enabling effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
High level of motivation and commitment for team results, high achievement orientation.
Positivity, ability to notice business opportunities. Proactivity, flexibility, openness to changes and innovations.
Logistics acumen – an advantage.
