The Account Manager will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing relationships with sellers on our marketplace platform. They will be responsible for driving sales growth, maximizing seller satisfaction, and ensuring a seamless seller experience. The ideal candidate will have background in sales, account management, and understanding of the e-commerce landscape.
Main responsibilities:
- Regular and operative communication with Marketplace sellers (small/medium size);
- Work via Salesforce tool with Marketplace sellers in Polish/English language;
- Work with the selection of marketing solutions and tools for sellers;
- Direct responsibility for ensuring the implementation of the KPI‘s of Marketplace sellers, in terms of perfomace management;
- Tracking and execution of KPIs (such as late and rejection orders) plans of improvement creation with sellers;
- Solving various types of problems with sellers and/or their products and orders.
Team mate profile:
- Higher education;
- Previous experience in sales/commerce/project management areas - would be an advantage;
- Experience in Marketplace or e-commerce retail field – would be an advantage;
- Strong communication & problem solving skills;
- Good & clear communication skills in Polish&English;
- Desire to learn, grow, investigate and initiate.
