Job Description
Our company is looking for a motivated entry-level accounting specialist to join our Accounting team. Your duties will include a variety of financial and non-financial tasks in order to help guarantee the company’s revenue stream and a smooth operation.
Responsibilities:

- Participate in prompt and accurate billing of customers
- Process journal entries, record customer payments
- Manage the status of account balances and identify inconsistencies
- Assist with internal reporting as needed
Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
- Understanding of accounting fundamentals
- Sound judgment, excellent decision making and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel)
- Ability to manage time efficiently as well as multitask
- Must be comfortable working independently and in a team setting
- High degree of attention to detail and trustworthiness
