Your contribution:
Supporting the day-to-day Accounting operations for the following areas:
Process invoices until the release of payment.
Advance payment handling.
Bank reconciliations.
Handle internal and external communication.
Vendor account maintenance.
GA month end closing activities.
Handle audit requests.
Contribute to the continuous maintenance and update of Accounts Payable process activities and procedures.
Assists in the implementation of initiatives for improving the efficiency and/or effectiveness of the Accounts Payable transaction processing.

Your expertise:
Degree in Economics or Business Administration preferably major in accounting.
Approximately 1-2 years of experience in the area of Accounts Payable.
Experience in Accounting processes in a complex and international business environment.
Intermediate knowledge of Finance and Accounts Payable end-to-end processes.
Experience with SAP accounting system and Excel.
Must be proficient in English (both written and spoken)
Fluency in French (both written and spoken) would be advantageous.
Approximately 1-2 years of experience in the area of Accounts Payable.
Experience in Accounting processes in a complex and international business environment.
