Job description

Your Responsibilities:

Organize and manage the work of the Accounts Payable accounting team to ensure the achievement of the team goals and smooth day-to-day operations.
Lead the team to foster a continuous improvement and development mindset, provide motivation and support for their ongoing development.
Ensure the implementation and adherence to internal finance policies, statutory obligations, and tax compliance.
Control and coordinate efficient period-end procedure.
Actively collaborate with internal stakeholders, including finance, procurement, and other teams.
Initiate and facilitate the development of AP processes.
Lead and contribute to projects involving the implementation of new ERP systems and tools, working closely with cross –functional teams to ensure a seamless transition and successful adoption of new systems.

Our expectations:

Higher or high education in finance, economics or accounting.
At least 3 years of experience in leading an accounting team.
Excellent leadership skills, strategic thinking, works coordination and control of their timely implementation.
Willingness to take initiative in solving problems and willingness to identify process improvements.
Strong motivation to improve and achieve set goals.
Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Work experience with SAP.
Good knowledge of English.
Business partnering skills.

Base monthly salary: from 2650 EUR to 3320 EUR (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate ‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
