You will be responsible for:
- Supervision, implementation, improvement and increasing the efficiency of the company's internal processes;
- Close cooperation with the company's management team, consulting on personnel management and labor law issues;
- You will organize and develop personnel management processes, including: personnel selection, hiring, firing, leave, secondment, timekeeping and other personnel administration functions;
- You will contribute to the systematization and efficiency of internal communication, improvement of feedback promotion;
- You will lead a team of personnel, with whom you will achieve the set goals of the team and support a value-creating work environment.
