Supervision, implementation, improvement and increasing the efficiency of the company's internal processes;
Close cooperation with the company's management team, consulting on personnel management and labor law issues;
You will organize and develop personnel management processes, which include: personnel selection, ensuring employee admission, dismissal, leave, secondment, work time accounting and other personnel administration functions;
You will contribute to the systematization and efficiency of internal communication, improvement of feedback promotion;
You will lead a team of personnel, with whom you will jointly achieve the set goals of the team and support a value-creating work environment.
