Nature of work

Office maintenance and organization of purchases of necessary tools
Information, call management, correspondence
Preparation and archiving of personnel and other company documents
Invoicing and registration
Entry of primary accounting documents
Accounting of bank settlements and debt administration
All-round assistance for the company's employees and manager

Employee requirements

Higher or higher education
Office administration experience >1 year, experience as an accountant is an advantage
Very good MS Office skills (Knowledge of accounting software Rivilė is an advantage).
Knowledge of clerical rules and respect for documents
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to set priorities, manage information flows
Attention, receptivity and initiative
Communication, positivity, discretion
