Job description

  • Management of administrative processes (managing internal and external correspondence, preparing documentation, receiving calls);
  • Supplying the office with clerical, economic and work tools, maintaining the order of the office;
  • Provision of work clothes for warehouse and production employees;
  • Building administration and farm maintenance;
  • Contributing to the formation and nurturing of organizational culture;
  • Help in organizing company events, contributing to the organization of internal company initiatives.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills, quick orientation;
  • Administrative work experience (at least 1 year);
  • Willingness to achieve results;
  • Higher Education;
  • Excellent English. orally and in writing (required);
  • Positivity, organization, creativity and initiative.
