Publishing house Terra publica invites an enthusiastic, positive and pro-active administrator to join the team.
We will trust you:
- Office maintenance - orders for stationery and other goods and services needed for the office.
- Management of calls, e-mails and other information flows.
- Work with the accounting program (Rivile).
- Administration of personnel, freelancers and other human resources and documents, archiving of company documents.
- Administrative and organizational assistance to company employees.
- Systematization of various data and preparation of reports.
This job is for you if you:
- You have excellent administrative and organizational skills.
- You know business language and etiquette.
- You like teamwork, you are not closed, you like to communicate, but this does not prevent you from concentrating and systematically carrying out assigned tasks.
- You have good clerical skills.
- You can communicate in English.
- You have excellent computer skills.
- You are driving a car.
- You have experience working with the accounting program "Rivilė", and if you don't have it, you are not afraid of new systems and programs.
