Your tasks will be:
- Organization of company office activities (welcoming guests, couriers, ensuring order and cleanliness);
- Receive and provide information by phone, e-mail by mail and other means of communication;
- Register incoming documents and correspondence and transfer them to executors;
- Preparation of outgoing correspondence for sending and registration;
- Preparation, administration and archiving of various types of documents (letters, orders, decisions, contracts, etc.);
- Office maintenance and other tasks assigned by the manager;
- Ordering stationery;
- Help in organizing company holidays.
If you :
- You have a good knowledge of clerical requirements and know how to apply them in practice;
- You are attentive to details, responsible, meticulous, diplomatic;
- You are fluent in written and spoken Lithuanian;
- Has a higher education (advantage);
- Has good organizational and time planning skills;
- Has good computer skills (especially MS Excel, Word);
- Has work experience in the field of administration (advantage);
- Knowledgeable and able to apply in practice the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts regulating the legal relations of contract contracts (advantage).
