Nature of work:

- Administration of the company's document management system (DVS);
- Consultation and assistance to colleagues using the document management system (DVS);
- Adjustment of the company's documents or their drafts in accordance with the rules for the preparation of documents;
- Registration of sent and received correspondence;
- Smooth organization of office activities and solving emerging problems;
- Administration of documents;
- Dissemination of information within the company, professional communication with suppliers and partners;
- Administrative and organizational assistance to company employees and performance of assigned tasks;
- Taking care of the organization of employee business trips/trips;
- Organization of company events and holidays;
- Registration and review of contracts;
- Other administrative tasks and assistance to colleagues.
We hope you:
- You have obtained a higher university education;
- Has experience in document management system (DMS) administration;
- Has 3 years of successful experience in the field of administration;
- You are communicative, empathic;
- You have analytical thinking, a strong sense of responsibility, you are focused on quality;
- You are able to fluently convey ideas in writing and orally;
- You have excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office package;
- Has a category B driver's license.

Salary
