- Ordering goods and services needed for the office, ensuring office order;
- Organization of company holidays and events;
- Daily assistance to the company manager.
Employee requirements
- Work experience in the field of administration (advantage);
- Responsibility and organization;
- Knowledge of clerical work and excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- Time planning skills and the ability to do several jobs at the same time without losing quality;
- Internal motivation, initiative, helpfulness;
- Driver's license (category B) and own car;
