Claims Administrator(s)

We are looking for a responsible, willing to learn and improve employee for the position of claims administrator.

Nature of work:

• registration of damage cases (transport, property, person) and entering them into databases;
  
• collect and systematize documents related to damage determination;
  
• sending requests to various institutions (e.g. police, rescue services, hospitals, etc.);
  
• communication with partners (insurance brokers, car service employees, etc.);
  
• sending informational messages to customers;
  
• registration of claims from other insurance companies, etc.

Requirements:

• good knowledge of English, Russian;
  
• independently plan the performance of assigned tasks;
  
• manage stressful situations;
  
• to know clerical work;
  
• have a legal education, may also be a final year law student (advantage)

1000-1500 €/mon. net
