The goal is to find a very important person in the clinic. You will be the one whose voice is heard by those who call. You will deal with coordination of visits, filling schedules, various organizational issues and problems that arise. Lots of action, lots of movement. Caring for clinic patients, new patients who want to register.
Coordination of doctors' schedules, coordination of visit times.
Administration of patient calls.
Consultation and registration by phone.
Comprehensive support for the manager and the team.

You are communicative, you have excellent written and oral knowledge of the Lithuanian language.
You know Russian well (spoken and written), English is an advantage.
You have good computer skills (MS Office: Excel, Word, Outlook).
You want to work, learn and improve.
You are able to make decisions and search for information independently.
You know business etiquette.

Preparation, storage, archiving of company documents.
Management of phone calls and e-mail flows.
Management of correspondence, maintenance of clinic order.

Working hours on a variable schedule: one week from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., next week from 11:30 a.m. until 7:30 p.m.

From 1000 €/mon. net
Salary and bonuses depend on existing experience and competencies.
