Nature of work
- Preparation and management of company documents;
- Registration of incoming and outgoing documents;
- Acceptance of guests, knowledge of etiquette;
- Receiving calls and providing information;
- Maintenance of office order;
- Creating and maintaining a pleasant atmosphere in the office;
- 4 working days in the Marijampole office, one working day in the Kaunas office.
Employee requirements
- Higher university/higher non-university education;
- English language. knowledge (knowledge of another foreign language would be an advantage);
- Administrator's work experience would be an advantage;
- Communicability, knowledge of etiquette, friendliness and initiative.
