- preparing the contents of the company's internal documents (procedures, descriptions, orders, reports, etc.);
- prompt resolution of questions/problems;
- ensuring smooth day-to-day work of the company's administration;
- performing other tasks assigned by the manager;
We hope you:
- has excellent clerical skills, knowledge of language culture and document preparation standards;
- has a higher education;
- you are a skilled user of MS Office programs;
- you can plan your time, you are organized, attentive, diligent;
- likes to communicate and believes that a solution can always be found;
- administrative work experience would be an advantage.
