1. Administration of office activities, calls, e-mail mail management;
2. Search for employees, selection and cooperation with managers regarding job advertisements;
3. Preparation, archiving and storage of company documents (letters, orders, contracts);
4. Management of the occupancy of the conference hall, coordination of meetings and preparation of protocols;
5. Ordering stationery and maintaining office order;
6. Organization of business trips and reception of guests, including hotel and travel ticket reservations;
7. Management of administrative processes, providing versatile support to the director and colleagues.
Employee requirements
1. At least 1 year of work experience in the field of administration/personnel management;
2. Free communication in English and Russian;
3. Computer literacy;
4. Higher or higher education (great advantage);
5. Independence, attentiveness, strong organizational skills, quick orientation;
