We expect from you
- at least 1 year of similar work experience;
- computer literacy (MS Office programs);
- excellent knowledge of the Lithuanian language, both orally and in writing;
- excellent knowledge of the English language, both orally and in writing;
- ability to perform several tasks at the same time, organization, ability to distinguish priorities;
- orientation towards the client and striving to ensure the highest quality of service;
Waiting for you
- reception of customers and guests;
- help, problem solving when communicating with customers;
- receiving requests and their management;
- customer service by phone, e-mail by mail and live;
- provision of meeting and conference services, coordination of parking spaces;
- various administrative tasks, for example, ordering office supplies, managing documentation.
