Nature of work
- maintaining a high standard of customer service;
- polite acceptance of customers, service, consulting about BABOR professional cosmetics products, procedures, answering electronic inquiries;
- customer registration, work with the management program "Serve Professionals", management and distribution of phone calls, information flows;
- assisting all team members;
- ensuring smooth operation of the salon, perfect maintenance of the spa center;
- management of company documents;
- achieving set goals;
- work with a flexible schedule, as well as 2 working weekends per month;
- other administrative work.
Employee requirements
- higher education (the field of cosmetology - an advantage);
- at least 1 year of administrative work experience (in the field of medicine, health or beauty);
- excellent customer service, communication skills, knowledge of etiquette, positivity, dutifulness, punctuality, thoroughness and attention to details, responsibility;
- ability to communicate (oral and written) in Russian and English;
- good computer skills (MS Office);
- desire to improve professional skills, interest in beauty and cosmetic products and the latest fashion trends;
- pursuit of the best results;
- presentable appearance.
