We are looking for you if you:

  • You communicate boldly and look at the world optimistically;
  • Has experience in office administration;
  • You use the Microsoft Office package intelligently and skillfully;
  • Has skills to work with the accounting and sales CRM system (we would consider Rivilė and Hanna a great advantage);
  • Able to communicate in English (oral and written) and Russian;
  • You are able to independently plan and organize your activities, solve problems and conflicts, you are focused on the result;
  • You are dutiful, honest, independent, tidy.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Maintaining office order;
  • Organization of office work - preparation and administration of various documents, provision of stationery and other necessary goods;
  • Ordering/shipping of goods;
  • Maintenance of primary accounting;
  • Warehouse accounting;
  • Transport order;
  • Communication with suppliers and customers;
  • Helping the manager and the team in daily activities;
  • Database management and maintenance, information updating, preparation of reports;
  • Participation in various projects and organization of company events.
