You will be responsible for
- Office administration and supervision;
- Stationery orders;
- Careful registration of company documents, distribution and sending of correspondence;
- Welcoming and serving guests from Lithuania and abroad with coffee, pleasant communication. Organization of successful and stress-free business trips for colleagues;
- Assistance to company managers in various matters (e.g. organization of meetings, visits, meetings, etc.);
- MS PowerPoint preparation of reports and presentations.
We hope you
- You speak and write fluently in Lithuanian and English;
- You are communicative, responsible, you please others with your initiative and helpfulness;
- You are attentive to details and able to learn quickly;
- You have very good working skills in MS Word and MS Power Point programs;
- You will feel great in this position if you have a higher (college) degree in public administration, English, communication or similar education or are currently studying in the 3rd-4th year;
- We are located away from the hustle and bustle of the main city, so it is most convenient to go to work with your own car.
