Nature of work:
- Supervision and control of incoming and outgoing payments;
- Consolidation of debts;
- Working with the company's business management systems;
- Administration and management of the company's documents, administration of the document management system (DMS), provision of assistance and consultations to colleagues in the preparation and management of documents, performance of tasks provided for in internal documents;
- Registration of incoming and outgoing documents;
- Management of personnel documents;
- Ensuring the representative condition of office premises, maintenance, providing office workers with work tools;
- Assistance to company managers and other company employees in daily work so that work in the office goes smoothly;
- Reception of guests, partners, in compliance with guest reception and business etiquette.
Employee requirements:
