Administrator at the car cleaning center

You will be responsible for:

▸The trust and pleasant service of customers who come to the cleaning center;
▸Sales of cleaning services and goods (work with the cash register);
▸ Confirmation of customer reservations and calls;
▸ Ensuring a positive customer experience;
▸Delegation of tasks to laundry workers and control of their fulfillment;
▸Periodic orders of the most necessary work tools and chemicals;
▸Ensuring cleanliness and order in the laundry;
▸Help for car washers during peak hours;

We expect you to:

▸You are interested in cars and services related to their cleanliness and maintenance;
▸ You communicate with clients and colleagues in a helpful and warm manner;
▸You have successful work experience in the field of customer service or sales;
▸You are able to plan work, you are characterized by quick orientation, you are responsible and dutiful;
▸You have excellent Russian and English language skills (advantage);
▸You have obtained a category B driver's license and have good driving skills (required).

Salary

900-1300 €/month. to arms
The salary consists of a fixed part - 1,000 €/month before taxes and a bonus, which depends on work results and can be unlimited.
