- coordination of reservations;
- work with the hotel management system;
- providing information by phone and e-mail by mail;
- finding out the needs of the guests and ensuring a positive experience;
- settlement and invoicing;
Employee requirements
- Secondary education;
- excellent knowledge of English and Russian;
- quick orientation and excellent conflict resolution skills;
- flexibility and confidentiality when communicating with clients;
- positivity and smile every day;
- successful experience working in a hotel is an advantage.
