Your main responsibilities:
- Compilation of travel sheets;
- Preparation of drivers' departure documents;
- Administration of fuel cards;
- Preparation of drivers' secondment declarations;
- Management of vehicle information in databases;
- Smooth cooperation with colleagues from other departments.
Employee requirements:
- You are able to manage and solve problems independently;
- You can work in a dynamic and fast-changing work environment;
- You have good analytical and planning skills;
- You are able to process a large flow of information;
- You have excellent knowledge of MS Excel;
- You are responsible, you quickly absorb new information;
