What will your work day and main responsibilities look like?
- Ensuring smooth operation of the office;
- Execution of assigned tasks, multifaceted assistance to colleagues from other departments;
- Supplying the office with stationery and other necessary goods;
- Organization of executive business trips (purchase of flight tickets, booking of hotels);
- Administration of incoming and outgoing correspondence, general company e-mail. mail administration, answering incoming calls;
- Organization of company holidays;
- Other administrative tasks.
What do we expect from the candidate?
- Experience in the field of office administration (a big advantage);
- EXCELLENT knowledge of Lithuanian and English (Russian is an advantage);
- To have good computer literacy skills, including MS Word and MS Excel;
