ABOUT THE COMPANY:

Administrator(s) and join the "Sveikata Jums" clinic, which provides the highest level of dentistry and gynecology services, and aims to expand to other branches of medicine in the future. The clinic pays special attention to the patient and follows the rule "Let's work in such a way that patients want to come back." In this position, you will be the primary person to greet the client(s) of the clinic and ensure that they feel welcome and receive warm and smooth service during all visits.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Quality patient service live, by phone and e-mail. by post Usually, three doctors work at the clinic at the same time.
- Planning patient visits and coordinating doctors' work schedules.
- Work with a cash register.
- Documentation – filling in data about patients, issuing invoices, concluding contracts with insurance companies and logical checkouts. Over time, the management of other medical documents would also contribute.
- Ensuring the general order of the clinic, so that it is good to work both for you and for your colleagues.

EXPECTATIONS FOR YOU:
- Similar work experience (strong advantage).
- Knowledge of English (oral and written), knowledge of Russian is an advantage.
- Computer literacy.
