About us:

Break Free is a team of young and talented people who have been creating, installing and managing escape rooms in Vilnius and Kaunas for 8 years. Escape rooms are still a fast-growing entertainment in Lithuania, so we are looking for a reinforcement for our team - a person who would work with the teams coming to play!

❓Nature of work:

  • Communication with incoming play teams.
  • Payment collection.
  • Game supervision, giving help.
  • Room preparation and arrangement for the game.
  • Calling teams.
  • Minor task repairs.
  • Completion of various reports and documents.
  • Issuance of puzzle boxes.
  • Sale of gift vouchers, puzzle boxes.
  • Collect puzzle boxes when there are no commands.

❗What kind of person are we looking for:

  • Active - one who has a lot of energy and can perform tasks quickly.
  • Communicative - the word is the only weapon with which to conquer the world.
  • Learning to admit to making a mistake - we all make mistakes, but the most important thing is to be able to admit them.
  • Friendly - friendliness and positivity - the main tool of our work.
  • Žingeidaus - who wants to learn and learn something new.
  • Easily fluent in English - tourists - our frequent guest.

❗Work schedule:

Working hours:
  • Mondays are not working days.
  • Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays 14:30 - 20:45
  • Fridays from 13:00 to 22:15
  • Saturday from 10:00 to 22:15
  • 10:00 to 20:45 on Sundays
If there are no teams (usually the first or last), there is no need to go to work.
For additional work - paid extra.

When working part-time, you need to come every other week - one is working, the other is free.

❓What we offer in exchange:

  • Timely paid 1200 € / month. gross salary (0.5 full - € 600), which depends on the results and the time worked.
