You will be responsible for:

  • Management of company documents, registration of contracts and invoices;
  • Administration of recruitment and dismissal of employees, management of personnel documentation;
  • Implementation of the search and selection process for administration and warehouse employees;
  • Ensuring compliance with occupational safety requirements;
  • Organization of internal company initiatives and events;
  • Ordering office supplies and other goods and services.

What we expect from you:

  • You have a higher education and at least 2 years of work experience in the field of administration;
  • You know how to work with basic MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);
  • You know how to prioritize your work and are able to work in a fast-changing environment;
  • You have excellent communication and cooperation skills, good clerical skills, you are able to work in a team;
  • Work experience in the personnel field will be considered an advantage;
  • Driver's license - we will consider it an advantage.
