We invite an Administrator (s) - HR manager (s) to join our team, whose main tasks will be:

  • Smooth organization of office work;
  • Participation in personnel projects and initiatives and active involvement in internal company processes in order to improve the general culture of the organization;
  • Administration and control of processes related to employee labor relations (from the moment of employment of the employee to the termination of the employment contract);
  • I cooperated with the necessary institutions (Sodra, Migration Service, Employment Service, etc.) in order to ensure a smooth process of employment of persons from third countries;
  • Development and improvement of personnel procedures and systems, in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts;
  • Management of employee data in the personnel accounting program;
  • Supervision and coordination of timekeeping;
  • Administration of employee leave.

Employee requirements

  • Knowledge of labor law provisions;
  • You can communicate in Russian;
  • Has experience in recruiting employees from third countries;
  • You understand HR processes and are able to apply them in practice;
