In this job, you will contribute to the successful development of Unideco's clients: you will administer existing lease agreements, compile lists of potential tenants of premises and advertising positions, upload advertisements to aruodas.lt and other websites, send offers to potential clients, make inquiries by phone, conclude contracts with tenants, enter data to the necessary registers, you will communicate with the tenants on issues of concern to them, you will take care of cleaning, technical maintenance, security services, access cards, etc. providing services to tenants - you will communicate with companies providing these services. You will administer documentation and databases (a lot of work in MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint). You will contribute to the organization of events and surveys.
We also have a few more interesting tasks, but everything will be discussed at the meeting.
