Hello! We invite you to join our team.
We are looking for an experienced colleague who can perform various administrative tasks and turn the office into a comfortable and efficient workplace.
You will be responsible for:
Management of company documentation and correspondence;
Coordination of information flows;
Warm reception of customers and guests;
Administrative support for employees going on business trips;
Comprehensive assistance to company employees;
Assistance to the manager;
Ensuring the order of the office and ordering the necessary goods;
Initiation and implementation of internal communication projects (team building events, holiday celebrations, birthday greetings, etc.).

Employee requirements
Not less than 2 years. experience in office administration;
Higher Education;
Computer literacy (very good knowledge of MS Office, working with Excel, Word, etc. programs);
Knowledge of work ethics, clerical and document preparation rules;
Excellent knowledge of the English language (oral and written);
Positivity, activity, attention to details, teamwork.
Advantages:
knowledge of the Russian language;
Driver's licence B category).
Higher Education;
