BMI Executive Institute is a business management institute that has been operating for more than 20 years, organizing top-level management studies in Lithuania and abroad. Currently, the company is inviting an office manager - administrator (s) to join its professional team.
In this position you will be responsible for:
- Guest trust, calls and correspondence administration.
- Maintaining the order of the office and training rooms, preparing the necessary tools for use.
- Ordering tools needed for training and office.
- Organization and coordination of internal company events.
- CRM system administration.
- Timekeeping data collection and management.
- Preparation, registration and management of company documents.
- Help and assistance to the company manager and colleagues.
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of English.
- Previous similar work experience.
- You are able to perform various tasks quickly and efficiently and work independently.
- You are characterized by positivity and a professional approach to work.
