Today, we are inviting a motivated and responsible Sspecialist (-ę) to the Šiauliai bankas group team, who is ready to work in a team, make joint decisions, achieve set goals, would be open to discussion, would like to work in a culture based on trust and, of course, be #closer.

Every day you will be #closer to:

• You will administer the recruitment, dismissal, change of employment contracts, you will make the necessary changes in the systems;
• I will administer documents defining the work of interns;
• You will work with daily personnel activity documents: employee requests, orders, vacation approval, etc.;
• You will implement structural changes in employee administration systems;
• I coordinate the familiarization of new employees/trainees with mandatory documents;
• Administer work time accounting;
• Streamlining and documenting administration processes;
• I consult bank group employees on personnel documentation and other issues;
• Contribute to various HR initiatives to create the best experience for employees!

To be #closer, you will need:

• Higher education;
• Good knowledge of labor law;
• Ability to work with Microsoft Office package programs, Excel - you are not new;
• Good knowledge of English;
• Experience in administering personnel documents (if you have had to work with the ALGA HR/Profit-Web program, the start will be much easier for you);
• Love for the HR field and the attitude that a good employee experience is one of the most important things;
• Responsibility, attentiveness, speed, ability to prioritize, independence in making decisions;
• Helpfulness, benevolence, positivity and good mood and desire to be #closer to employees every day;
• Aiming to be a partner for managers and employees in the field of personnel administration.
