Nature of work:
- Representation of clients in the implementation of complex real estate projects;
- Preparation of real estate transactions, representation in negotiations;
- Legal supervision of real estate development projects;
- Provision of other legal consultations related to real estate and construction to Lithuanian and foreign business clients;
- Representation of clients in courts and arbitrations.
Requirements:
- Higher university education in the field of law;
- 3-5 years of experience in the field of real estate and construction law;
- Independence, sense of responsibility, attentiveness, quick orientation, ability to work in a team;
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English (oral and written);
- Continuous improvement, desire to delve into the specifics of real estate development and operation.
