Nature of work:
- Rational leadership in agrotechnical work and management of work processes of plant cultivation;
- Crop monitoring and diagnosis of pests and diseases;
- Work control of subordinate employees;
- Inventory of working fields with the help of GPS, preparation for declaration;
- Management of warehouse resources (acceptance, issuance, control);
- Preparation of reports on work progress and results for the management;
- Management of activity documents.
Requirements:
- Higher education in agronomy or a similar field;
- At least 3 years of experience in agriculture;
- Good knowledge of plant cultivation and maintenance;
- Ability to work independently and make decisions;
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
- Possibility to work outdoors;
- Category B driver's license.
