A client of Stafferty - a company that offers tools, equipment and heavy equipment for professionals, invites a new colleague Active Sales Manager (s) to join their great team:
Nature of work:
- Active search for new customers, conducting negotiations for mutual benefit, preparation of price offers and contracts;
- Maintaining relations with existing clients, creating long-term cooperation opportunities;
- Execution of sales plans and administration of sales-related projects;
- Identification of customer needs, consulting on sales of tools, equipment or heavy equipment;
- Analysis of the competitive environment;
- Other tasks assigned by the direct manager.
Requirements:
- Successful experience of at least 2-3 years in the field of active sales (experience in the field of sales of tools, equipment or heavy equipment would be an advantage);
- Higher/higher education (technical field would be an advantage);
- Ability to assess customer needs, search for the most suitable solutions, respond promptly;
- Motivation and perseverance to achieve the highest goals in the field of sales;
- Communication, ambition, excellent negotiation and time planning skills;
- Knowledge of English at a level not lower than B1, knowledge of other languages would be an advantage;
- Driver's licence B category;
- Good computer skills.
