Reward System:

For the first 12 months, we guarantee a salary of at least 1250 eur (before taxes), which consists of:

930 euros/month. pre-tax fixed remuneration;
+ commission depending on the type of insurance policy sold;

+ monthly bonus for executing the sales plan;
+ annual bonus for company results.
The salary system has no ceiling from day one, so we promise an engaging training process and support towards higher earnings!
