We are inviting an Active Sales Manager to join our growing team, who will work with brands of professional face care products.
Main responsibilities:
- Active search for new customers and visiting them;
- Execution of sales in the assigned region/city (Lithuanian market);
- Identification of customer needs and conducting negotiations;
- Preparation of commercial offers and coordination of contracts;
- Creation and development of relations with clients;
- Analysis of new sales channels, market monitoring;
- Initiation of new ideas and proposals.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of work experience in B2B active sales (beauty, hygiene products market);
- Experience in conducting negotiations with clients;
- Activity, communication, responsibility, pursuit of results;
- Ability to work independently;
- Knowledge of the English language (level B2);
- Tangible achievements in active sales;
- Experience in working with a CRM program (advantage);
- Experience or education in the field of cosmetology (strong advantage).
