There are not many companies professionally engaged in this activity in Lithuania yet, so we can be proud that we can be one of the first to share a truly unique experience - to introduce how this entire process takes place from the inside: from the emergence of an idea to receiving the Best Seller rating.

- We are a company that has successfully established itself in the market, manages 9 brands and is growing rapidly. We have assembled a team of professionals in the field of modern and extremely dynamic e-commerce on Amazon.
- Most of our products have Best Seller and Amazon's Choice ratings in Germany, Great Britain, Italy, France and Spain, and we are now determined to conquer the American market as well.

What you will be able to do after becoming a product sourcing specialist after our training:
- Identify potential products for trade
- Critically evaluate the complexity of the product in relation to its purchase/sale
- Identify the most attractive product combination for the buyer from: product design, its assembly, packaging, photos, content, etc.
- Ensure high product quality
- Analyze the competitive environment, identify the main competitors
- Calculate expected product margin
- Negotiate effectively with product suppliers (mainly we work with Chinese suppliers)
- Recognize business manipulations and circumvent them
We hope you:
- Able to independently gather and process information and make decisions
- Has strategic and analytical thinking, good planning skills
- Able to express thoughts fluently both in writing and orally
- Has negotiation experience
- You know English well
- You are proactive and independent
- Want to grow and improve
What would be your responsibilities:
- Discovery of new, potential Best Seller products
- Detailed knowledge of the product: solving its quality/completion/packaging problems
- Ensuring product quality, production deadlines, best purchasing conditions
- Constant communication, negotiations with suppliers (mainly in writing)
