Today, we are inviting a motivated and responsible Data analyst to the Šiaulių bankas team, who ) is ready to work in a team, make joint decisions, achieve set goals, would be open to discussion, would like to work in a culture based on trust and, of course, be #closer.

Every day you will be #closer to:

• You will collect and organize data from various internal systems of the organization and external sources;
• You will prepare presentations and reports of data analysis results;
• Create automatic data monitoring and reporting solutions;
• You will assess the quality of data used for analytical solutions and ensure data transformations and other actions;
• You will be responsible for analytical decisions, compiling a list of data objects used in the decision and indicating the transformations of the performed data;
• You will submit proposals that would improve the processes of financial crime prevention and implementation of sanctions in the bank;
• I cooperated with bank colleagues in search of the best solution.

To be #closer, you will need:

• Higher university education (in finance, economics, econometrics or other similar fields);
• At least 2 (two) years of work experience with data analysis and data visualization solutions, and work experience in a financial institution is an advantage;
• Working experience with version control management system Git and task management system JIRA would be a great advantage;
• Excellent Microsoft Office and SQL programming skills;
• Knowledge data processing and display in BI programs (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, etc.);
• Work experience in automating and modeling information flows;
• You are able to clearly and qualitatively present the conclusions of data analysis;
• Analytical thinking, ability to process a large amount of information, thoroughness and attention to details;
• Excellent knowledge of English and Lithuanian.
