Your responsibilities

  • Analysis and control of the company's internal performance;
  • Analysis and control of financial performance results;
  • Preparation and presentation of reports;
  • "Ad hoc" support for the finance and sales department;
  • Monitoring and interpretation of real estate market trends, identification of possible risk factors;
  • Offering solutions for effective data management and process optimization.

What to expect:

  • You are a final year student in the field of finance or have already graduated from them;
  • Excellent communication skills in English;
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Excel;
  • An interest in the field of real estate would be a great advantage;
  • Likes and knows how to work independently, plan and coordinate work well;
  • You are proactive, boldly take the initiative and always look for better solutions;
  • You are able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and are always ready for new challenges.
  • Has the opportunity to work full-time during working hours.
