Today, we are inviting a motivated and responsible Analyst(s) to the Šiaulių bankas team, who is ready to work in a team, make joint decisions, achieve set goals, would be open to discussion, would like to work in a trust-based culture and, of course, be #closer.
Every day you will be #closer to:
- You will evaluate the financial situations and perspectives of the companies' activities;
- Assess and analyze business financing risks;
- You will make proposals to the loan committee regarding the financing structure and credit risk reduction;
- I participated in the improvement of financing processes.
To be #closer, you will need:
- Higher education in economics/finance/mathematics;
- Not less than 1 year old. work experience in the field of business financing in a financial institution (at a bank - an advantage);
- Excellent analytical skills, ability to analyze information, interpret and summarize it;
- Know credit risk management and financing processes;
- Know and understand the business environment;
- Good working skills with MS Office (Office 365);
- Positive thinking, ability to cooperate and positivity.
