ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION SPECIALIST

What tasks await:
- analyze legislation regulating environmental protection and ensure the implementation and control of their requirements at the company level;
- prepare procedures and procedures regulating internal processes related to environmental protection;
- organize environmental pollution (air, sewage) and underground water monitoring of business entities;
- prepare environmental reports and submit them to responsible institutions;
- ensure compliance with available pollution permits, prepare and correct related documents;
- keeping records of chemical substances and mixtures;
- organize the accounting of waste generation and management and carry out accounting control;
- calculate greenhouse gas emissions;
- organize information and education of employees on environmental protection, proper waste sorting, use of GPAIS and other issues;
- consult the Company's employees on environmental protection issues, submit proposals to improve the state of environmental protection;
- represent the company during environmental inspections;
- plan, organize and carry out procurement of environmental services;
- to carry out internal environmental audits in the company's divisions;
- make proposals for improving environmental efficiency, ensure their implementation.
We are looking for a colleague who:
- has obtained a higher education (in the fields of environmental engineering, ecology or environmental protection);
- has at least 2 years of successful work experience in the field of environmental protection;
- has work experience in AIVIKS, GPAIS, ATVR;
- knows the environmental legislation of the Republic of Lithuania and is able to apply them in work activities;
- is able to systematize information, create and implement company-wide integrated solutions;
- ISO14001:2015 internal auditor certificate - an advantage;
- is able to smoothly organize work, work in a team, is attentive to details, proactive, responsible, responsible;
- knows English;
- is a proficient user of the MS Office program package;
- have a category B driver's license.
