What do we expect?
- You are a 3rd or 4th year student or have already completed studies in management, production, engineering or a similar field
- You will be able to devote at least 16 hours to practice. per week
- You are responsible, motivated and willing to cooperate
- You are able to absorb new knowledge quickly
- You speak Lithuanian and English fluently.
What are you going to do?
Together with an assigned mentor in the production department:
- Will contribute to the smooth organization and coordination of production shift work
- I took part in the analysis of production results, reporting
- I participated in "Lean" and "5S" activities.
