Nature of work
- During the internship at UAB "HELLA Lithuania" you will contribute to the implementation of the processes and goals of the human resources department:
- You will be involved in the employee selection process (assistance in preparing job offers, ensuring the dissemination of job advertisements, helping to find the most suitable candidates in databases, conducting initial calls (screening) with candidates, organizing job interviews);
- You will contribute to the organization of training activities (preparation for introductory training, control of training documentation, etc.);
- You will get involved in activities that create a cool atmosphere at the workplace: birthday greetings to employees, organization of company holidays, etc.;
- You will become familiar with the rules of document management and contribute to ensuring a smooth administration process;
- You will join other projects and activities in the HR department.
Employee requirements
- You have a human resources management, management, economics or similar education or you are a student of the final courses in this direction;
- You know how to work with the Microsoft Office package, especially PowerPoint and Excel programs;
- You have excellent Lithuanian and English language skills;
- You have a great desire to learn, you are organized and able to manage your time well;
- You like to work in a team, but you are able to concentrate on individual tasks as well, you are communicative, thorough, attentive to details;
- You have the opportunity to do an internship for 6 months, preferably full-time.
