Nature of work
Document management: handling and uploading primary accounting documents (purchase/sales invoices) to the accounting program;
Entering banking transactions into the accounting program;
Preparation and submission of INTRASTAT reports to relevant authorities;
Control of settlements with customers and suppliers, reconciliation of debt balances;
Various accounting tasks;
Other men Tasks assigned by the accountant and manager;
Preparation of regular and operational reports.

Employee requirements
Accounting education;
Accounting work experience - at least 1 year;
Experience working with the Rivile program;
Good computer skills (especially knowledge of basic MS Excel functions and their active application);
Receptivity to programs - the ability to quickly learn to use new programs;
Ability to work in a team and with colleagues, share information effectively and respond quickly to urgent tasks;
Flexibility, diligence, responsibility and desire to improve;
Analytical thinking;
Working in an international company would be a great advantage.
